1998 Dutch star motorhome

We are in Mexico and our motorhome will not start. We have talked to freightliner and newmar and both suggest to check the VIM on the allison M3060 transmission
The only problem is that no one seems to know where it is. Any ideas anybody ?

May sound basic but give us more info. Are batteries charged both house and coach? Have you tried the emergency start switch. What does the instrument panel look like while trying to start. Does the wait to start light come on the turn off. Does the motor turn over but not start. Do you have fuel? Have you checked the water in fuel filter for water. Have you been sitting a long time? If you have a cat some have a prime pump on the engine filter. INFO INFO
