Check grounds from batteries to frame and the positive connections on the batteries. These type of problem can be the chits to find. I had a cruise control problem and a good tech finally found the problem, a loose connection in the relay panel, the relay was good but the plugin connection was bad. If you think it was a water related issue it will be really hard to find and it may never happen again. All you can do is look around and check connections anywhere on the coach.
