I have a london air 1994 with a allison transmission md 3060, he star well but when i put the R or D it's continuelly flashing and tone permanent and he don't move. I go to florida friday

Well Michell looks like the Flordia trip might have to wait Sounds like you have a valve or board problem. Might want to go underneath and see if the linkage is working. Might all be electric. Not a transmission person but Danny Barton will be around to give you the info you need. keep ck on the forum. Welcome to the forum and hope you get it going before Friday
