I am having problems finding RV places who do annual leases for lot spaces. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of any. I am not looking for any certain state because I will go anywhere at least once.

Give this a check. We've been coming here for 4 years. Now that we are(hopefully) full time we signed up for a year lease. The managers are terrific to get along with. They have the best doggy run I have seen anywhere. I have a full view of the Superstition Mountains. They are 35 miles east of Phoenix in Apache Junction, AZ. Close to everything without all of the busy, busy ruckus of being closer to the big city. There are clubhouse activities to keep anyone having fun.
