Atwood hot water heater

We have a 2004 tropical by national,just a heads up if you have an atwood or possibly any hot water heater , check to make sure that mfg. installed a support on the back of hot water heater. We found out the hard way. extended warranty from dealer won't cover it, dealer just said "TOO BAD". Local repair shop wants $$$.$$ to repair and $$$$.$$ to replace,most part suppliers never heard of problem and saib it could be 1-2 months to get part(pan)

Good Advice Demoman, but could it just your brand that has this problem? I have went an looked at mine and it is supported, :approve: :laugh: :)
