can anyone else give me your opinion

my husband & i just bought a 1981 prowler, not in such good shape. so we are fixing it up. tires are the wrong ones we were told, but who really knows. i can't seam to find the ones that are on the trailer now. p165/80d13. is there some place i could go & find out if these are the right ones, with maybe the vin #? books have very little info written in them.

I was told by one person that i may be able to use a p175 in it's place. can anyone else confirm this!

Sam, most any good tire dealer should be able to look at the rv and suggest tire replacement.

ty chelse, just did more searching & found that maybe F78-15 should be on it. problem is that i can't get it to a dealer, all tires are completly cracked.

we think it's 18 ft. not too sure about the 15 fitting i think it looks like it would fit. i found a 81' for sale & looked at it's tire specs. and i tried to pull up this f78-15 tire & can't find that either.
