I have a 2001 Damon Intruder, on a Ford chassis. I bought it used and have no paperwork / manuals etc..., Is this a F53 chassis?

The designator for all Ford, class A chassis is F-53. Being a 2001 you probably have the 310 hp version of the Triton V-10 engine. As for manuals, the manufacturer's manuals are usually of little use from the RV company. What you might want to do would be to go to the internet site for each of your appliances and down-load a copy of the owner's manual. Every appliance and all equipment will have a separate manual.

When you buy a new motorhome, it comes with a large bag of manuals. One for each thing such as the water heater, furnace, stove, air conditioner, refrigerator, vent fan, leveling jacks, furniture, toilet, and absolutely everything.
