I have a 1999 Summerwind truck camper with two built in propane bottles laying on their side. Last year driving through the state of Colorado, nobody would fill the bottles unless we could remove them. That is impossible, besides they would be to heavy to lift. Now it happened in Washington state. Has anyone had this problem of being turned away from having their bottle filled?
