front coil springs p-30 chassis

    How hard is it to replace front coil springs on a 31 ft. p-30 chassis. i would like to do them myself so if anybody has info or suggestions why i should not attempt this please reply thanks.

    Hi bruce, are asking about the actual coil spring or the air bag inside the coil spring? If your asking about the air bag, its not too hard takes about 1+ hr. per side, I cut the old bags in pieces and tugged & pulled till they came out, and then pushed twisted and sprayed silocne till the new ones went in. If your asking about the actual spring forget it and take it to a spring shop with the proper tools. :)
