There is only one that I know of..just north of Hunstville.

Buffalo is about the halfway point and is a fairly good crossroads stop. HWY 79 is a pretty busy road.

Most all the "stations" on 45 have diesel. I took your question literally...I still think the only true truck stop is just north of Hunstville. They are building a big Shell station in Madisonville on the east side of 45. It was not open when I was through there about 3 weeks ago...maybe it is now.
