Stay away, this business is solely interested in sales and nothing else. Encountered a situation where I placed a $2500 down payment on a camper and 7 days later had to cancel due to health issues. Business retained all of my deposit stated they had to pay transportation charges to get the camper I purchased from Ohio. In checking haulers and costs from Ohio to the Florida location the highest cost was $1,504. Sales team at General would not return any portion of down payment. I emailed both CEO, Robert Baidas and President Loren Baidas and never received ANY response. This is a strong reflection of the top management team not caring anymore than the regional management team. This would be a business I would highly recommend you stay away from.
