HELP! Sliders stuck!

Well, it's finally happened. One of the sliders on our 2001 Georgie Boy won't come in all the way. It goes all but the last 2-3 inches and stops. I"m just not sure what to do now??? Any advice?

Have you extended it out to far and maybe skipped over a couple of gears.My nieghber has one about the same year and it does not auto stop when going in or out.He has messed up a few times by letting the better half operate it.
