I am new here. What is available for a prepaid mobile broadband? I was looking at slingshot but they got into a battle with sprint. I am looking at Virgin mobile but I'm alittle concerned with sprint buying Virgin. Any thoughts?

Do a search as there is a tread running now on the subject. I use Verizon cell and tether the phone to the computer. It is an added option so you can turn it off and on at will(I'm sure there must be some restriction but maybe not) and it's about $2 a day when active.
