Is this a fair price?

I may be purchasing this, but not sure. $2,200 for a 1989 Coleman pop up? No bath, no air. Excellent condition (new roof and new carpet) sleeps six, no couch. Folded it is 10 feet.

It's my brother-in-law I'm dealing with and he's known for NOT cutting deals with family members, so I just want to know if he is already on the high side.

    Thanks so much!

I sold a rockwood pop up that was a 76 two years ago for $700.00 that was like new. No bath, but did have stove, LP tank, "ICE" box, table chairs, slept 6. sink, etc. Real nice unit for a starter popup. I never deal with relatives for buying stuff.........good luck
