Montana LLC

Anyone have any experience with securing a Montana LLC? Any pros or cons and/or recommendations on who to contact? I've made an inquiry with E Net Finance, Inc who advertise setting an LLC up for $399 but haven't received a reply. It's been 3 days. Not a good sign, I'm guessing.

Here's a thread with some interesting info.

My take is that you are creating a business entity when you create an LLC. Know what you are getting yourself in for. You may just be deferring a tax that will eventually catch up to you.

You will never hear proponents of this method of tax avoidance speak ill of it. That in itself should make you pause.
