[Ed Mabry] am on my second nat. rv. love the company but am really having
a major problem with our unit.
we have a 2001 tropical with slide that constantly breaks. it
broke first night we had it and has broken at least 6 times
since. one end will go out fine when turned on but the other
won't move and is then dragged out at a sharp angle. then 2
of us have to push hard to get the other end pushed out. a service tech at a nat. dealer said the pins were too short and
kept breaking throwing one end off track so a stronger, longer
pin was installed. tonight it broke again. any help is
really appreciated.
