no 12 volt power

I have no 12 volt power. when I plug into power outlet all works real good. when I turn on the gen all works fine. I have checked all fues and brakers. I have been into the battery control box 2 times now. there is a switch by the front door that tells me that inside power is on and chass power is on but there is still no 12 volt. anyone out there that can help??????

Tell us about your house batteries. Sounds like they are dead and/or gone.

the battery (both of them) are brand new. I have checked the connections 3 times

The switch next to the do operates a solenoid, it can say it's on but not be Check the power on both side of this solenoid. It should be near the batteries for the house.

might have to replace the 12V converter.

the house batteries (2 of them) have a fuse in the cable line that attaches to both of the batteries. what does the solenoid look like, thanks for your time

Follow the red battery cable from the battery, it will take you to the solenoid. The switch on the inside comes on automatically with shore or gen power. Have you tried to manually push on the switch while not hook up to shore power? Just asking.
