not your ordinary campground

Anyone know of an adult friendly campground in New England that is more about privacy, views/scenery/mountains/oceans/lakes than it is about horseshoes and rec rooms? 30A, W, sewer or dump. Thanks - not a whole lot of descriptive help in Woodall"s.

Steve you would probably have to go to a state park to get the scenery and seclusion or boondock it.

RE: Car Rentals

anchel - 4/30/2009 5:44 AM Hiring a rental car can be either great fun or an enormous expense and waste of time. Which outcome you experience is highly dependent on how you manage your side of the deal. It doesn’t mean things can’t go wrong but you will be greatly increasing your odds of success. ===================== anchel visit Car Rentals

Don't know if you long time forum member see that the subject in this thread has been changed from the "not your ordinary campground" to the spam posters "car rentals" Hope the original poster can find some of the following responses.

To the original poster sawwod I Googled "Adult campgrounds in New England" and tit came up with a few in Maine ex. http://www.campmaine.com/member/2212/potters_place_adult_park/ to some in Vermont. Could not rate them but the picture in the link to one in Maine looks to be close to the ocean (20 miles) and NH lakes region.

I agree with JimE, try the state or federal parks, they tend to be a lot more about what you are looking for then private parks
