This is something Chelse or one of you old guy's can help with (I know pot calling kettle black with that old statement) My old 96 Chevy 3500 has 235,000 on it and runs good with a little blow by. I was thinking about inserting one of those performance chips in the computer because the trip I made to Branson put the ole gal in a bind some. My other option would be to swap the engine out for one of those military timed out engines with 30,000 miles on it. Just don't know what additional performance I would get so HELP an ole man out.

Sorry to say, but there is not much out there in the line of performance parts for the 6.5. I did find a few sites that sold after market exhaust, air intakes, bigger injectors, turbos etc. But nothing in the line of chips/programmers/tuners.

From what I have heard the military version of the motors are really no better.
