[George Dauth] Yes it does drop a cookie on you with your unencoded password in the cookie. Not very nice!

[Linda M. Smith] It seems to have its pros and cons. Looks like it will be easier to follow each topic, but on my screen the links to other places on the site take up space on the left of my screen. I am constantly having to scroll over to be able to read all the text in the messages.

[Ralphy] It looks like they built the site for 800x600 resolution (I am guessing that you are currently at 640x480), if you can you may want to try changing to that resolution.
It also seems that maybe they are making you sign up to 'preserve' your forum name - so that no one else can post a message under your name....
just my thoughts...
