    No. Each state charges the same taxes to their citizens and to non-citizen residents. Some have property tax on RVs some do not. There are states that have no personal property tax at all. Texas, Florida and South Dakota do not charge any property tax on an RV. They do have a sales tax that must be paid one time when you register it. But citizenship has no impact on taxes in the USA.

    Don't forget registration. That can run from $50 in some states to a percentage of value in others. So you are looking for the lowest total of sales tax plus property/luxury tax plus registration.
