Hi, I am needing a small portable toilet for my deer lease camper. I seen them with a liquid you flush like a normal rv toilet. I can take it home and empty during the week. Any ideas??/ Praise God

Re: portable toilets

I have used a couple of different brands and they are all basically the same just be aware they can freeze just like any other device that uses water so if you cant flush it could be cuz the water line is froze if you are in a could enough area.

Hi MAUSER98

We use a Porta-Potti model 365 at our camp.
It holds about 5 gallons in the fresh tank and slightly more in the nasty tank. To keep it from freezing when there's no heat, I fill the fresh tank with a 50/50 mix of non-toxic automotive antifreeze & water. I also put a small amount of toilet chemical (about 2 tablespoons) in the fresh tank.
This way we don't have to worry about dumping the tanks everytime we leave camp. Even with no heat on it is usable and won't freeze.

A "real" toilet is the best thing about upgrading from my pop-up!
