I just had a new 20K reese hitch installed on my F450 yesterday. i was reading through the instructions and cant seem to figure out how to open the jaws. The latch is open but the directions say to then pull out the handle. my handle wont pull out. I have no trailer on it yet so i know its not pressure on the pin. I want to make sure I can manually open and close the jaws before i atempt to hook up my trailer. Should i take it back ocamping world or am I doing something wrong. this is my first 5th wheel hitch so I am sure I am just doing something wrong..Thanks
