Rear Jacks Dragging

Have an 1982 Fleetwood Prowler that has the rear jacks originally factory welded on and are not collapsapable. They drag when I go up my drive way , is there any way to stop the dragging or should I just remove them and use a newer different jack for rear of my Prowler.
I have never needed to use them anyway, and they are a real pain because of the dragging.
Thanks

First of all they are not jacks they are stabilizers and are not meant to jack-up the trailer or 5ver. If you haven't needed them get rid of em. Or put a set of rollers next to them so they don't drag.

Can't imagine camping and never using the stabilizers. If never using do as Len said and take them off but keep them so if you ever sell the unit.
