I see the option for storm windows what do they do and why would I need them?

I also see a option for heated tanks what do they do and why would I need them?

Hi John and welcome to the RVUSA forum. From your questions I assume you are buying a new RV. Storm windows and heated holding tanks would be an option if you were intending to use the RV in winter months when the temps drop below freezing. So, it depends on your location and when you will be camping. :) :)
