Route from Deming NW to Salt Lake City

What's a good, scenic route to take a Big Rig--62 ft.--from Deming to Salt Lake City that avoids snow-covered roads? In a week or two.

I would take Rt. 180 north out of Deming to Springerville, Az. and Rt. 191 North. Route 191 North to Bluff, Ut. Make sure to stop at Canyon De Chelley in Chinle Az. Another option is to take Rt. 95 North just before Blanding, Ut. to Rt. 24 north at Hanksville to I-70 West. Continue on Rt. 191 to I-70. West on I-70 towards Green River where you will pick up Rt. 191 North again. When you get to Helper, Ut. get on Rt. 6 and take that to I-15 at Spanish Fork, Ut. Arches Nat. Park and Canyonlands are beautiful if you have time to stop. Hope this helps
