safari outside rer veiw mirror loose

A Newbie here, don't know if there are a lot of do it yourselfers her,.but my driver side rear veiw mirror is loose betweenthe head and what is a pretty heavy duty stanction. I can't see a nut to tighten, and after removing the lower convex mirror I wonder if that is some kind of nut of sorts of inside the base. any help here?

Think your in the right forum but as for me I don't live here so 12 hours or so to respond would be good or even 24 hours.
Glad you got it fixed. Or it is possible no one knew the answer. Suspect it was the allen head screws were loose.
