setting up a 25' Layton travel trailer for hunting camp

I have a 25' Layton travel trailer I will be setting up on a permanent location. I need advice as far as should I block the frame up off the ground so the tires aren't on the ground? If so what would be the best method to use? I will be setting on top of grass and dirt (sand) in Florida. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks
