slide out mystery

i have a 2000 allegro bus with two slides that run off the house batteries. recently the bedroom slide fails to move when i get to a campsite after traveling with the generator running. the front slide operates fine. after being connected to shore power for about thirty minutes, the bedroom slide will extend. the heart interface shows a fully charged battery, but it seems to me that the batteries have to build up a charge in order to extend the slide. is it possible that while i am running the generator and using 12 volt equipment that my zantrac inverter is not charging the batteries? after being connected to shore power for a while i can run the slide in and out with no problem. i don't know a lot about how the inverter works, so any info will be helpful.

Re: slide out mystery

Have the DW hold the emergency start switch when you arrive and try the slide, this will prove or disprove the battery charge theory. Also the house batteries may have a bad connection somewhere.
