My 2000 Alfa Ideal has been sitting for about a year and trying to get it back into shape and the slides were out because I had family and friends over and that is where they wished to lay their heads. Now we are ready to take it out and one slide moved in very slowly and one was moved in manually. The third is the big living room and will move in slowly about 5 inches. Then it just stops. Any idea before I call the real experts on how to get it in.

From 1 Big man to another. My slide will not travel in easily if the r.v is not level.I generally manually push it while my better half works the button. The secret is not to push too hard and get in front of the pressure of the motor but just to assist.This I do both on extending and retracting.You will get more proffessional help from others on this forum, But this seems to work for me.Regards from down under.BIG BILKO
