Tankless water heater

Can anyone recommend a tankless water heater?

We have a small water heater now, but I'd like to go tankless if they are worth it and actually work.

I would love to upgrade to one, but they are pricey. Even so, everyone that I have talked to who has one says they will never have anything else.

I know only that my sisters had one on her house for some five years now and she says she can have both baths going and do laundry at the same time and still not have a problem getting hot water as needed. I know if I ever have to replace my water heater I too will go tankless. And they are pricey but worth every penny.

they arent all that pricey. I saw a site called titan tankless hot water heaters and they range from $450 to$ 230
