I PLAN ON TOWING MY 98 TRACKER 4 WHEELS DOWN. WILL THE ODOMETER LOG MILES WHILE TOWING WITH THE IGNITION SWITCH IN THE ACCESSORY POSITION. IF IT DOES HOW CAN I DEACTIVATE THE ODOMETER (SPEEDOMETER) WHILE TOWING. I HEARD THAT PULLING ONE OF THE FUSES WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS. DOES ANYONE KNOW FOR SURE WHAT A CAN DO?

I would assume that you have a four wheel drive and plan to tow with the trasfer case in neutral? If so, it will not put miles on the odometer.
