Does anyone have any experience with trailer dollies? I have an extremely tight location for storage. Backing it in with the truck would be virtually impossible. I've seen a couple of electric models for around $1,000. I have a slight incline (not sure of the grade, as I haven't measured it yet). Probably no more than 8% max.

Look for aircraft tugs. You might even find a used one. They air 110 volt and do have quite a bit of torque and you push down on the handle to lift the trailer tongue for traction. Also do a search here for a 12 volt system that you install on the trailer, there were a couple links to them but they were not cheap.

Have you thought of maybe putting a hitch on the front of your truck than drive the trailer in rather than back it in. Found many years ago that was a heck of a lot better than backing any day of the week.
