I have 3-4 New 2006 model year travel trailers that are deeply discounted for sale. Brand names are Treasure Ship & Glacier made by Adventure Mfg. Can be seen at CedarRV.com.
These are 30' or more and have slide outs and one has loft area that sleeps 3 or 4 kids as well as 5 more on the main level. All have bathrooms and showers as well as ducted air conditioning/furnaces.
One is a fifth wheel with Fibre Glass exterior and the Treasure Ship has "glass" exterior. Price's range from 17,000 to 18,000.
