Universal Ladder/ Solid Backing info

Hey all,

My first was a pop-up. Old 76 Bethany that I loved. Now 20 yrs later I purchased a 2006 Trail Sport 27FQ on consignment in Houston.

Good buy and now I want to customize. I am starting with a roof ladder first. Bought a universal type but I do not know where to find the solid backing info to correctly mount the ladder. In the above link, you can see on the bottom of the page that a roof ladder is an option so I know one can be mounted to the rubber roof/fiberglass side.

I forgot to mention that the maker (R-Vision) went out of buisness in 2009 I think. Not many leads to go on to find the info I'm looking for. Anyone?
