Hi Rod well I have wash mine awhile back and it will need it again. I think my tires are good for one more year, no new tires this year. I will wax it mid April or early MAY as we are heading out 25 May to SD. and yes this cold snap with snow caught us by surprise and today it is gone.So no more of the white stuff for us. We enjoyed it while it was here, but feel better since it is gone.. We are marking each day off the calendar till SUMMER  .This way the RV will gets used and the pool will to. Remember this Saturday is daylight saving time again so move the clock up one hour. That means more sunlight to warm things up quicker. Retirement is great

I am ready, but I have kept camping here in VA through the off season. I am looking at going this weekend. We woke up on New Year's day to 24 degrees, but we were camping! We did one night in February and are hoping to do several in March before the season officially begins April 1. I'll have some bottles of water on hand and make sure the generator has plenty of gas. We'll be good to go.

Going to hit the 70's today and the 80's tomorrow here in north Texas, the Keys were so last month. The wife and I are gearing up for an Oklahoma trip on spring break for some striper fishing on Lake Texoma and a little donation to the cause at the local casino. Then in June we head north to Upstate New York and then to Maine. I certainly would not want to be in either place right now but I cant stop thinking about how beautiful it is up there in the summer.

The temperature is supposed to be 65 - 75 this weekend. I am going to go to my campers and check the old one for leaks - we haven't had any snow since we bought it and I want to make sure the roof held up fine.

Becky we are having about the same weather here this weekend, upper 70. I have already went and ck every cabinet and nook and cranny looking for water leaks, no sign of water damage and that is good news. Today I let out the slides and awning and all looks good.

Hollis-
That's great news. I have had several leaks in the old class C (nothing in the trailer Kenneth sold me), so I have my roll of Eternabond ready when needed! Hopefully I will be pleasantly surprised!

Im ready, we drove back to Utah last Sunday and it was mild when we got here and I was looking forward to it. But all good things must come to an end and today it did, its cold and the skys look ugly and the wind is not helping any. Gonna be on the home turf until the end of May than not sure which way we will be traveling.

Well, I am sitting in my camper listening to the quiet hum of my Honda EU2000i, watching TV, and checking in on the forum. We decided not to do a campfire tonight because I want to gather my rain water containers to have on-hand when we do one. Still, life is awesome!

Hey Rod!

If you come on down here to far south Florida, we are at Everglades NP and it has been pretty cold here too. One day our high temperature only reached 61 degrees. But today was a bit better with the high back to 71 and tomorrow should be 76. Now if you come on down to visit me, I can arrange for you to wash and wax my RV and in really nice weather! And I might even have a cold beer for you when you finish.

Hey Rod, it will be in the 80's here today almost 80 tomorrow, got a whole refrigerator full of beer! I will get Johnny to BarBQ you a brisket if you come wash and wax our MH. I'll even supply the cleaning supplies and the water. I am not looking forward to that chore. Johnny thinks he will be undertaking that this weekend. I will be in town buyng groceries or something. I am sure that he won't be done before I get home though. :clown:

HEY Kirk and Tex, save your money, he want drink anything, I had a case of Coors beer for him when he and his wife came over to visit last year in Gatlinburg TN. He stayed 5 MINUTES more visiting me than he did Ken at GTS open house last year. But he will work free/cheap, but the main thing is to get him there unless you are on a warm sunny beach, then the only problem will be getting rid of him.  sorry Rod just couldn't resist. :clown: :clown: :clown: :approve: :approve:
