Hello. First timer here. Have a 1994 Safari Continental diesel pusher, Cumins turbo, Allison transmission. The WTEC II ECU/shifter will not stay on. Turn key on, shifter displays the two "N" (neutral) for about 5 seconds and then blinks out and a audible "click" from the VIM(vehicle interface module) which I believe is the relay labeled "SFO2". I had similar problem 4 years ago. I sent ECU out for repair and was good until now. Sent it out again, but this time the bug-a-boo didn't go away. Have confirmed power is present in the harness, both constant and ignition on. What gives? Any ideas?
