Can I pull the travel trailer?

I own an older 4x4 Tundra (Access Cab) with a 4.7L that has been garaged and only has 50,000 miles on it. The manual says it can pull a total of 12000 lbs (truck, trailer and cargo) with a tongue weight of 700 lbs. Since I know that the truck weighs 5000 lbs, that leaves 7000 lbs for the trailer and cargo. So do you folks think that I can pull an Coachman Apex 231RDS trailer? Below are the specs for the trailer.

Hitch Weight: 467 lb
UVW :
3806 lb
GVWR:
6000 lb.
CCC :
2194 lb
Exterior Length:
25' 0"
Exterior Height:
9' 10"
Exterior Width:
90"
Fresh Water: 30 gal.
Gray Water:
30 gal.
Black Water: 30 gal.

We are new to RVing, but not camping. I've thought about upgrading my truck but I don't know if I can afford to buy the trailer and upgrade the truck at the same time. I also hate getting rid of my truck with so little miles on it, but I will if I have to. My fear is that even this trailer may be beyond the capabilities of my truck. If I load the trailer to the max, what does it typically do the hitch weight?

Thanks

Bill
