I am just curious as we came across a small portable pellet smoker for camping and RVing. And now we are thinking about getting one.
Long story short: I'd like it to be on the smaller size and portable.
As for now we are choosing between:
- one of Green mountain grills/smokers as it runs on 12V or 110V ;
- the Camp Chef Pursuit PPG20 recommended by my fellow but it's a bit heavy for my lady;
- or a smaller (than we have now) Traeger. But I've heard it might be tricky to make it work with generator.
Opinions? Recommendations?
And well, I realise that the most tricky part is to keep pellets safe and dry in RV, but any advice are welcome.
