CoachmenApex2015

Good morning. I am looking for some mold help on our TT. We have a 2015 Coachmen Apex Ultralite hybrid. We had some water leak into it and caused some wood damage along with surface mold on cabinet surfaces, door surfaces, etc. The sealant on the roof was all cracked so I sealed it up with Eternabond tape. I wiped everything down that I could get to but still have the musty smell. Part of that is not being able to leave it open long enough to air it out. A buddy suggested an Ozone generator for the odor but didn't know if it would kill hidden mold or not. Im at a loss if it's worth it to get it resealed and repaired or if I will even be able to get rid of the issue. We looked at a brand new trailer (2025 Campsite Ultra 19KB) but it's $31K. The dealer wants to look at it for trade value. They put $5500 on the worksheet but I told him it wouldn't be that high with repairs needed. He asked last night if the manager agreed to.$5500 sight unseen, would we move forward with the deal. Here are pics of the damage and mold that we are dealing with.
