[jeff] my personal favorite is Trails End Campground in N.E. Minnesota. What it lacks in ammenities it more than makes up for in scenery. It is located on two lakes and the rapids in the connecting river lulled me to sleep each night! Great fishing and wildlife. i saw bald eagles everyday and had an interesting encounter with one that no one would believe anyway!Very quiet place with no traffic,screaming kids(sorry), or"ghetto blasters"! The camground is at the end of the Gunflint Trail west of Grand Marais,Minnesota. Enjoy!
