1989 Tioga econoline 350

I have a 1989 tioga class c. have had it for 11 years now and this year when we plugged in the electrical power to start the frig the fuse panel charging light continues to click off and on. It has never done this before. any suggestions as to what could be the problem? thank you

Start with power source, is it good. Then to batteries are they good. Also on the batteries are the terminals clean, then on to where these wire hook to frame or charger.
