Wish they would quit advertising unlimited. Say limited unlimited. When you use up your unlimited it's slow as Christmas, well slow as Christmas when I was a kid.
 
Yes it was. You did not have to ATT prior to purchaseing the 20 dollar service. I was my only ATT service when I first got it.
