I'm looking at a 2001 Layton fver and was wandering what % of MSRP should I be able to get it for, the dealer is at 23% of MSRP and the unit is new. Thanks.

You should be able to do better. I got a 2001 this spring at about 35% off 'retail'. A better guide would be to find out the NADA 'book' value for the unit 'used' and then offer less than that. (I always offer 'out the door' price to prevent extra charges from finding their way into the deal.)
