Can anyone tell me how many exterior storage compartments this RV has and the dimensions of those compartments?

Lisa,
Each model has different amounts storage, with different size compartments. You need to tell us more information.

If you do not have access to this RV to look at it and to measure, then you need to locate someone who owns one that might help. Generally, fifth wheel trailers have one very large storage area up near the hitch, sometimes it is divided into two. But the actual size of the space depends upon the size of the trailer and the year and model.

It's not a fifth wheel, it's a class C motorhome, but thanks for the reply.

Don't know much else about it. 2001 Jayco Designer Class C motorhome. It's not a 5th wheel. Any information would be helpful.

I am not going to be able to answer your questions, but each floorplan has a model number. You are going to have to tell someone here what that model number is before anyone can help you.

The other option is to contact Jayco, but their first question will be "what model?".

We have friends who owned an 2003, Jayco class C, which is also a class C. It had very little outside storage. As I remember it had two compartments and both were fairly small. Again, to be much help the length would give some folks at least a general idea.

The reason that we all thought you were talking about a fifth wheel is that the Jayco Designer series are fifth wheel trailers, at least they are currently. Check out the Jayco line at http://www.adventure.1tree.net/rv-living/maintenance/water-system-sanitizing

:laugh: :laugh: Kirk I was wondering how those first two sites were going to help Lisa find the compartment sizes. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: Lisa is there anything in peticular that you are needing to carry in the compartment? Most class C have very small storage but not familiar with the one you are looking or asking about.
