3 Season Travel Trailer

Hi All,

Nice site. Been lurking for a few weeks.

I am a newbie at purchasing an RV. I am looking for a TT to put on some property I own in Wisconsin. I will not tow very much, if at all after placing the unit. The TT will be skirted and left onsite over the winter, and I intend to pour a pad, dig a well and put in septic. I will use the TT starting in April, and shuting it up around Thanksgiving after deer season. It will be my hunting/atving shack.

I have been surfing sites for a while now and like a few models. I want to know which units will work best for the sometimes cold temperatures we see in Wisconsin during October and November. I figured I need one with heated tanks, large BTU furnace, extra insulation, and thermopane windows if availble.

Some of the units I am looking at are Coachmen Catalina 738TBS, Gulfstream Conquest 38BRS and 36 FRS, Arctic Fox 31W, and some of the larger Jaycos.

Coachmen and Gulfstream don't make mention of heaed tanks or thermopane widows. :disapprove:

Anyone have any recommendations or other insights? Marty
