I had the unhappy experience of have my Bargman 7-way connector unplu
while towing my 30' 5th wheel. How can I prevent this from happeneing again?? I know I plugged it in good at the start of the trip.
Are there better plugs or a cure to this problem?? Help.

If you have a hinged cover for the receptacle you could tape the plug around the receptacle cover to hold it into place.

I always secure mine with a wire tie wrapped around the back of the lid down across the plug behind its two tabs. That secures it just fine.

try wrapping one of those plastic zip locks around the lid and the plug. after you tighten it up - it will stay in real good.

Those small 6 inch elastic tie downs work great. I wrap one around my plug, and have never had it come loose.
