Hey, Allison Man I've been reading your posts and your info has answered any number of questions I had. With this in mind I thought you might know what might cause a brand new 3000MH to require a re-build at 2301 miles. Doesn't sound like the Allisons I read about. The dealer says he towed it to Allison for warranty work prior to selling it. It would not shift into gear. He says it came back working and that was that. He says he had no idea the tranny had been re-built. I still don't understand why a re-build would be necessary at 2301 miles. Am I missing something?
