In the late winter for varmint hunting in AZ-NM-NV-CA.
For say ground squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, or just plinking.
Think I'd like to keep in practice over the late winter early spring.
I have an old 22 rifle and pistol I always carry with me for plinking, also have one of them pump bb and pellet guns. I have been thinking of buying me a pistol 9 mil or 45 but have not done so yet.
I NEVER leave home without one!
UTMTMAN...before you buy a 9mm or 45cal , consider a 40cal. More rounds in the clip than a 45 and better stopping power than a 9. Ruger makes a good rugged 40 for a pretty fair price. I think the 40's a better round than either of the other 2. Lots of law enforcement does too!
