Automatic Generator Starter

Anybody use the Xantrex Automatic Generator Start? This seems like a nice outfit but I wonder if it would be worth the $400.+ price.

are u talking about a transfer swtich thingy that sense's shore power ,, and when u lose that the genset starts???

Here's a link http://www.rvsupplywarehouse.com/product/detail.cfm/pid/1790 It monitors the batteries ,or watches for a demand like the air conditioning. We boondock alot and this I think it could be helpful.
